Arrive & Drive (7-66 drivers)

• Best value
• Does NOT close the track to other drivers.  Speedworld reserves the right to place aditional drivers in races with fewer than 10 drivers and/or operate races between group races.

All races are qualifier style.  In qualifier style racing all races are 5-minute heats (about 10-15 laps) and results are posted according to the fastest lap covered by each driver.  Drivers are assigned karts at random and are released from the pit lane to start their race.  All regular arrive and drive races are run in this format.

League Format (7-20 drivers)

• $40/driver SPRINT KARTS 40km/hr
• $45/driver RACE KARTS 50 km/hr
• Does NOT close the track to other drivers.  Speedworld reserves the right to operate races between group races.

For the serious racer!  This format includes the following:

Practice Session - 5 minutes

The practice session gives drivers a chance to learn the basics of kart control and establish a racing line around the track.  The practice session is a great equalizer when some drivers in the group have previously raced at Speedworld and some have not.

Qualifier - 10 minutes

The qualifier race is a full 10-minute heat!  Drivers will have approximately 20-30 laps on the track to figure out the fastest way around!  Drivers will race against each other but the competition is NOT for the most laps covered but to establish the starting positions for the feature race.  It only takes one great lap to be the fastest in Qualifying.

Feature Race - 10 mintues

ALL DRIVERS WILL ADVANCE TO THE FEATURE!  Groups of 12+ drivers will have an A side and B side feature.  It's another grueling 10 minutes of intense, white knuckle racing!  Drivers will be assigned karts according to the qualifying results with the fastest qualifier in "pole position" (front driver).  Drivers get geared up for their rolling start race then it is race on!  Consistency counts as the driver who crosses the finish line first at the 10-minute mark will be the race champion!

Endurance Racing (7-10 drivers)

• 50 km/hr RACE KARTS only
• NOT RECOMMENDED FOR NOVICE DRIVERS!

This style of racing is for the true enthusiast who has raced at Speedworld in the past and is ready to suit up for a race of speed, skill and physical endurance.  Ever think that race car drivers have it easy?  Think again!  This race will show you how hard it is when the pressure in on for a non-stop heart pounding race!

• 45 minutes $85/driver
• 60 minutes $100/driver

 Lemans Race

• Minimum 7 teams
• Maximum 11 teams
• Once the lemans race begins Speedworld will be CLOSED TO ALL OTHER RACING until the race is completed. 

LEMANS the classic race!  Build team spirit or bring a large group out for some serious racing. All drivers will start with a brief safety orientation and event introduction with one of our experienced pit crew.  Drivers then gather with their teammates to determine racing order and team building skills.  Seven to eleven teams gear up to complete for the most laps covered in a predetermined time period.  Drivers must watch for their team signals and be ready for a safe and speedy driver change.  But BEWARE missed pit signals/stops, driving dangerously or hitting obstacles when entering or exiting the pits will cost your team penalty lap deductions!  Many races are won OR lost on penalites!  Drivers share their best practices with one another and cheer on their team racing it out to be the Lemans Champions!  This event is not for the faint of heart, it takes strength, skill and most of all LOTS OF ADRENALIN!
